The Washington Redskins released veteran safety Oshiomogho Atogwe on Monday, and ESPN AFC West blogger Bill Williamson says he would not be surprised to see the Denver Broncos express interest in bringing Atogwe on board.
The Broncos were in the mix for him last year and they want to add a veteran safety in free agency. He is represented by the former agency firm of new Denver salary-cap man Mike Sullivan, so Denver could have an advantage.

Atogwe had 60 tackles and three interceptions in 13 games with Washington in 2011. Prior to that season, he spent six years with the St. Louis Rams.
