The Pittsburgh Steelers are preparing for their playoff matchup with the Denver Broncos, but the team has been without several key contributors in practice this week, including safety Troy Polamalu (calf). Polamalu was one of six Pittsburgh players to miss practice on Thursday, along with offensive lineman Maurkice Pouncey (ankle), linebacker James Harrison (toe), defensive back Cortez Allen (shoulder), defensive end Brett Keisel (groin) and running back Mewelde Moore (knee).
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (ankle) fully participated in Thursday's practice after being limited on Wednesday.
Offensive tackle Jonathan Scott, a new addition to the injury report, was limited because of a back injury. Guard Doug Legursky (shoulder) and linebacker LaMarr Woodley (hamstring) fully participated.
