Steelers Vs. Broncos, 2012 NFL Playoffs: Pittsburgh Still Big Favorites

The Denver Broncos are not the biggest underdogs on Wild Card weekend, but it's only by a small margin. According to Odds Shark, the Broncos are still nine-point home underdogs to the Pittsburgh Steelers after opening as eight-point underdogs. The Detroit Lions, on the other hand, are on the road and underdogs anywhere from 10 to 11 points to the New Orleans Saints. While the Saints are heavily favored in that matchup, things could turn into a shootout between quarterbacks Drew Brees and Matthew Stafford.

As for the Broncos against the Steelers, a torn ACL for Rashard Mendenhall didn't cause anyone to move the line down. But could a Ben Roethlisberger injury change that in the final days before the game? Roethlisberger admitted that his ankle is not 100 percent, but he does appear ready to play. The Steelers have been a pass-heavy offense this season.

The over/under for this game is at 34 points, which might be heavily dependent on how much improvement Tim Tebow shows in the passing game. If he is able to throw, Tebow will keep the Broncos in this game.
