NFL Draft 2012: Zach Brown Talks With Broncos At Senior Bowl

The Denver Broncos shored up the pass-rushing linebacker position by drafting Von Miller with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft and that worked out pretty well. Miller went on to record 11.5 sacks, being slowed down by a thumb injury late in the season. One can never have enough talent at a position, but news of North Carolina linebacker Zach Brown talking with the Broncos has emerged:

Does this really mean the Broncos are thinking about drafting another linebacker in the first round? Not really, and it was probably the Broncos executives and scouts making the rounds with all of the players. As John Elway said last year when he interviewed quarterbacks, he was just doing a complete and thorough part of his job.

Brown had 5.5 sacks in 2011 and could be picked well before the Broncos are on the clock at No. 25.
