While Tebow went to the playoffs in his first year as the Broncos' starter, Beitzel led the Bears to a Big Sky Tournament championship and a first-round appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Franklin is one of the top swimmers in the world and expected to compete in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
