Broncos Vs. Titans Score: Tennessee Leads Tight 10-7 Game Against Denver

The Denver Broncos and the Tennessee Titans are locked in a 10-7 struggle at halftime at LP Field. Neither team has been able to put together a sustained series of drives in the first half as both defenses have held their own.

Newly-signed Quan Cosby sparked the Broncos' scoring drive when he started things with a 30-yard punt return to the 50-yard line. A roughing the passer penalty and an 11-yard reception by Brandon Lloyd helped matriculate the ball down the field. Kyle Orton found Matthew Willis in the end zone for a five-yard touchdown.

Tennessee countered with a nine-play, 85 yard touchdown drive over the first and second quarters. On 3rd-and-5, Matt Hasselbeck found Chris Johnson for a 34-yard gain, but not before Denver challenged and lost on the play. Several plays later, Hasselbeck found Nate Washington for a 14-yard touchdown pass. Rob Bironas added a 46-yard field goal late in the second quarter.

Both running games have struggled so far. Willis McGahee has just nine carries for 22 yards while Chris Johnson is stuck at seven carries for eight yards. Punter Brett Kern is the Titans' lead rusher with a 21 yards following a 35-yard run on a broken punt.

Kyle Orton has been unspectacular, going 10-of-19 for 78 yards, one touchdown and one interception. The pick came on a deep pass to Eric Decker that found its way into the hands of Jason McCourty
