Fantasy Football Week 2: Who Should Start Or Sit In AFC West Games?

While Knowshon Moreno should be a sit this week in fantasy football, who are some of the other players in AFC West or on their opponents' team that should be in or out of lineups? There are at least two players on the Bengals who fantasy owners might want to start against Denver.

According to SB Nation and numberFire.com, Bengals running back Cedric Benson is a good play against the Broncos. The Raiders' Darren McFadden had 150 yards against the Broncos in Week 1, and Benson could have a big day as well. He had 121 yards against the Browns last week. Tight end Jermaine Gresham could also be a big producer. He led the team with six receptions for 58 yards and one touchdown.

SB Nation also looked at PlayThisGuy.com and came up with the top 10 sits and starts for this week. Two of the top guys to start this week, according to these projections, are New England's Aaron Hernandez (7 receptions, 103 yards, 1 TD) and Detroit's Jahvid Best (21 carries, 72 yards). They play the Chargers and the Chiefs, respectively. Cedric Benson also appears here.

On the sit side of things, Chad Ochocinco against the Chargers is not a good play, just as Knowshon Moreno isn't. Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel against the Lions should also be a sit. Mike Tolbert had three touchdowns last week, but is a sit under these projections. However, he splits carries with Ryan Mathews, but this might be one suggestion to avoid.
