Kyle Orton Yet To Show Up At Denver Broncos Training Camp As Trade Talks Continue

On ESPN, Shelley Smith, live at Dove Valley, reported that Kyle Orton has yet to be seen at Denver Broncos training camp. As she said, no one has seen Orton's Prius yet. She reiterated that the Broncos are actively seeking out a trade for the quarterback, but they could sit tight and keep Orton on the roster.

She speculates that that would mean Orton would be the starter, Tebow would be the backup and Brady Quinn would be the No. 3 QB. Mark Schlereth followed on the SportsCenter segment and said the Broncos were doing the right thing by exploring trades for Orton. He also believes that there are players in the locker room who think Brady Quinn has never received a real chance at the job and that he could be a good quarterback.

The Miami Dolphins appear to be the front-runners in an Orton trade, but it is likely that we still need to wait for Kevin Kolb to be dealt before any deal goes down.
