Willis McGahee Injury Update: Denver Broncos RB Misses Practice With Knee Issue

Denver Broncos running back Willis McGahee has battle through a hamstring injury and a broken hand. Now he is dealing with a knee injury, reports Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post. He missed practice on Thursday. However, head coach John Fox has previously let McGahee out of practice when he felt the running back needed rest. The 30-year-old back certainly needs more rest than those younger than him, but he has had a resurgence in his career after signing with the Broncos.

After rushing for 111 yards against the Minnesota Vikings, McGahee now has six 100-plus yard rushing games this season and 886 yards in 11 games. He is on pace to crack 1,000 rushing yards for the first time since the 2007 season.

Lance Ball and Jeremiah Johnson will be ready to go if this is a serious injury, which it doesn't appear to be right now.
