The Kansas City Chiefs are trying to play spoiler against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. While the Chiefs have already been eliminated from playoff contention, the Broncos need a victory against Kansas City this weekend in order to clinch the AFC West. Presumably the Chiefs are looking to be the wrench in that plan, and for the most part they'll have their entire active roster going for the game.
The official injury report for Kansas City's Wednesday practices was recently released, which can be found here but is shown below:
Limited Participation
- S Jon McGraw
Did Not Participate
- RB Jackie Battle
Battle is the more notable of the two players listed, as he's become one of the team's primary rushers since Jamaal Charles went on the injured reserve early in the year. Over 15 games, including four starts, Battle has carried the ball 149 times for 597 yards and two touchdowns.
