Denver Broncos Sign TE Cornelius Ingram From Practice Squad

The roster moves continue for the Denver Broncos. After signing FB Austin Sylvester last night, the Broncos waived FB Will Ta'ufo'ou, and also added tight end Cornelius Ingram from the team's practice squad to the active roster.

Ingram, who has never appeared in an NFL game, was a teammate of Tim Tebow's at the University of Florida, but his career has been routinely stalled by injuries. He missed his senior season at Florida in 2008 after tearing ligaments in his knee, and he also tore his ACL in 2009 while with the Philadelphia Eagles, who had drafted him that year in the fifth round. After being released by the Eagles, Ingram spent time with the Detroit Lions, before landing with the Broncos this year.
