Brian Dawkins Injury: Safety Out With Neck Ailment

Denver Broncos safety Brian Dawkins had been limited in practice all week with a neck injury that forced him to sit out the team's game against New England last weekend. He was active for Saturday's game against the Bills, but according to the team he has now been ruled out for the rest of the game.

Dawkins initially suffered the injury while making a tackle against the Chicago Bears a couple of weeks ago. His absence was evident against the Patriots, but the team may be in better shape to handle his absence this week considering the Bills' passing game isn't as potent.

Dawkins has 48 tackles and three sacks this season.
