Playing in front of a dispersed crowd around Ralph Wilson Stadium, the Denver Broncos took the opening drive 73 yards for a touchdown and a 7-0 lead over the Buffalo Bills. Willis McGahee appeared to have the score on a five-yard run on second down, but that just delayed the eventual score. Tim Tebow then took the ball in the shotgun formation and ran in for the one-yard touchdown.
Tebow ran to the left and took a couple of big hits there, but he cracked the goal line. He looked fine when he got to the sidelines.
On the drive, Willis McGahee snapped off a 24-yard run to go over 1,000 yards for the season. McGahee had five runs for a total of 39 yards on the drive.
