SB Nation Denver is continuing to gather NFL Week 16 picks from around the web for Saturday's matchup between the Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills. Tebow and the Broncos might be feeling the pressure with the AFC West division race still undecided, so this game is as big as any the team has seen all season long. Vinnie Iyer of AOL Sporting News has released his picks for this week, and here is what he has to say about the Broncos' chances:
Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills, Saturday. The Broncos hope to have former Bills feature back Willis McGahee healthy for this game so he can run all over his old team, which has plummeted to the No. 29 ranking in rush defense. That should also mean good news for the between-the-tackles work of Lance Ball and, of course, Tim Tebow. After last week's loss to New England, look for Denver to go back to limiting Tebow's pass attempts to 15 attempts or fewer. One of those shots will turn into a TD to either Eric Decker or Demaryius Thomas that helps the Broncos pull away early. Broncos 30, Bills 17.
As for the rest of the AFC West, here is how Iyer sees the action developing:
- The Oakland Raiders will upend the Kansas City Chiefs, 20-17.
- The San Diego Chargers will upset the Detroit Lions on the road, 31-27.
Iyer is 148-76 for the year-to-date, and went 7-9 straight up in Week 15.
