Patriots Vs. Broncos: Brian Dawkins Leads Denver's Inactives Vs. New England

The Denver Broncos will be without safety Brian Dawkins for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. He injured his neck last week when his hit into teammate Robert Ayers on an attempted tackle. He missed practice on Wednesday before returning to limited participation on the final two days of the work week. Listed as questionable, he missed Saturday's walk through. Rookie safety Rahim Moore will start with rookie Quinton Carter at the other safety spot.

David Bruton is also a safety, making the depth in the secondary quite thin. Mike Mohamed, Manny Ramirez, Tony Hills and Derrick Harvey comes as no surprise. Rookie tight end Julius Thomas has struggled and been affected by injuries this season.
