Marcell Dareus Injury: Buffalo Bills DT Leaves Game Against Miami Dolphins

Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus left Sunday's game with a hand or wrist injury. He and the Bills play the Denver Broncos next week.

The Denver Broncos will monitor news of Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus' injury, who left Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with a hand or wrist injury, according to ESPN's John Clayton. On Christmas Eve, the Broncos visit Orchard Park to face the Bills.

The Broncos passed over selecting Dareus in the 2011 NFL Draft and selected Texas A&M Aggies linebacker Von Miller with the No. 2 overall pick. Miller has 11.5 sacks entering Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.

Dareus had told the Broncos that he would make the Broncos pay for not selecting him with the second pick of the draft. The Broncos saw Dareus during the team's preseason game with the Bills, but the regular season game was going to be the real deal.

With one sack in Sunday's game, Dareus now has 5.5 on the season.
