New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is usually tight-lipped about injuries when it comes to his players, and it's been no different this week with star players Tom Brady and Vince Wilfork. They were limited in practice on Friday due to "personal reasons," reports Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald.
When asked to elaborate on the non-injuries, Belichick wound up playing obfuscation with the media, saying that if it was injury-related then it would be listed that way on the report. But it isn't. Instead, he told reporters to ask the players for the personal reasons that had them limited in practice.
Brady and Wilfork are still expected to start against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, so Belichick is just enjoying a game here.
