The Denver Broncos (8-5) are winning games and climbing power rankings. The consensus from the Week 15 NFL Power Rankings is that the Broncos are somewhere between the leagues 9th or 8th best team.
Add one more vote for No. 8, as Mike Florio of NBC's Pro Football Talk says the Broncos are somewhere between the 49ers and Falcons:
8. Broncos (No. 9; 8-5): Next up, the quarterback who screamed profanities at a coach faces the quarterback who tells the coach "God bless you," even when the coach hasn’t sneezed.
As Florio alluded to, the Tim Tebow and the Broncos will be welcoming Tom Brady -- who had an unsavory confrontation with one of his coaches on Sunday's 34-27 win over the Washington Redskins -- and the New England Patriots (10-3).
The Patriots (ranked No. 4 by Florio) are likely the best team the Broncos will have faced since their Week 4 loss to the Green Bay Packers, and will probably present Tebow with his greatest task yet.
