Denver Broncos Vs. Oakland Raiders Score Update: Carson Palmer Throws 2 TD's To Give Raiders 17-7 Lead

After a promising 1st quarter performance, which saw the Broncos defense play tough and Tim Tebow throw a TD pass, the Denver Broncos fell apart on both ends of the field in the 2nd quarter and trail 17-7 at halftime.

In his first game as the starting QB for the Raiders, Carson Palmer displayed some of the qualities that made him such an attractive option, throwing TD's to Michael Bush and Marcel Reese. However, Palmer was intercepted by Champ Bailey, when the Pro Bowl CB made a great play on a throw down the sidelines.

Unfortunately, Tebow wasn't able to continue his steady play from the 1st quarter, as he routinely made poor throws and has completed only 6/16 attempts. John Fox will also be frustrated with how the half ended, as he decided to take points off the board when the Raiders were penalized for roughing the kicker. Despite the fact that Matt Prater made the field goal, Fox elected to try and push for a TD. However, after not generating any offense following the penalty, Prater missed a field goal to end the half.
