Forbes is always coming up with lists to measure the value of teams, players, coaches and even owners, as it just recently did. For its top 10 best and worst owners, Forbes determined the rankings by looking at the change in franchise value and the win percentage of each team over the last five years.
↵Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen comes in at No. 10 as a result of seeing just a five percent value increase in the Broncos and winning just 45 percent of games. But let's look at the nine who are ahead of him (counting down to No. 1): Washington's Daniel Snyder, Tampa Bay's Malcolm Glazer, Kansas City's Hunt Family, Jacksonville's Wayne Weaver, Cincinnati's Mike Brown, Cleveland's Randy Lerner, Buffalo's Ralph Wilson Jr., Oakland's Al Davis and Detroit's William Clay Ford Sr.
↵Best of the worst in the AFC West, right!? OK, OK. It looks like it will take a few years for the Broncos to escape even that No. 10 ranking.
