The Denver Post is reporting that Denver Broncos running back Willis McGahee practiced again on Thursday, further increasing his chances of playing this Sunday against division rivals the Oakland Raiders. Though his practice was limited, coach John Fox suggested McGehee could indeed play Sunday.
Willis McGahee, playing in his first year with the Denver Broncos, broke his hand against the Miami Dolphins and shortly thereafter had surgery to repair the damage. McGahee, who had lost both his starting position and productivity with the Baltimore Ravens, had been undergoing a surprise resurgence with the Broncos, rushing for 460 yards through 6 starts, averaging 4.5 yards per carry.
The Broncos will release their official injury report later today, so stay tuned to SB Nation Denver for updates on Willis McGahee and all other Denver Broncos.
