Despite only gaining 35 yards on 16 carries in his last two games, numberFire.com projects Willis McGahee as the No. 18 overall running back in Week 12, making him a solid play at the second running back spot for any fantasy team. Despite those disappointing yardage totals in the past few games, McGahee will get plenty of carries in Denver's run heavy offense, and with four games over 100 yards on the season, those touches could lead to a big game vs. San Diego.
The Chargers' rush defense is in the bottom half of the NFL, giving up an average of 124 yards per game on the ground, and though Tim Tebow will certainly get his yards on Sunday, that also bodes well for McGahee and his fantasy owners.
