Denver Broncos' DT Ryan McBean Will Not Have Stalking Charges Filed Against Him

The Denver District Attorney's Office has decided not to file any formal stalking charges against Denver Broncos' DT Ryan McBean.

Way back on October 14th, Denver Broncos defensive tackle Ryan McBean was arrested after a former girlfriend accused him of stalking her. The Denver District Attorney's office has since investigated the veracity of the claims against the Broncos' 2007 fourth-round pick out of Oklahoma State, and has decided not to file any formal charges against McBean.

Ryan McBean has been part of a defensive tackle rotation for the Broncos this season, and has recorded 27 tackles (16 solo, 11 assists), three sacks, and four stuffs to date in 2011. Here is a bit more on McBean from Week 11 at SB Nation's Denver Broncos blog, the Mile High Report:

Ryan McBean has been an active participant on the Defensive Line and could make a case for the most improved Bronco in 2011. Ryan got into the action early and seemed to roll all over Jets Running Back Shonn Greene late in the first Quarter. Greene was forced to leave the game with an undisclosed injury.  McBean finished with 5 Tackles, including one For a Loss against New York. Ryan leads all Bronco Linemen in Tackles with 27, seven Tackles For Loss, 3 Sacks and 4 Quarterback Hits this season.
