Week 12 NFL Lines And Odds: Broncos Vs. Chargers

The Denver Broncos are seven-point underdogs against the San Diego Chargers, who have lost five straight games.

The Denver Broncos are riding a three-game winning streak as they go on the road to face the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, but that doesn't mean much to the odds makers for this game. The Chargers, losers of their last five games, opened as seven-point favorites, according to Odds Shark. Other odds makers have already moved the line by a half of a point each way.

Tebow saw his first real action of the season on Oct. 9 when he relieved Kyle Orton at the start of the third quarter against the San Diego Chargers. Now, Tebow wasn't quite able to pull out one of his late comeback victories that he has done since he was elevated to starter, but the Chargers, on the other hand, have lost the five games they've played since then.

The over/under for this game opened at 44-1/2 points but has moved down by one point since then. Picking the over is always going to be risky with the lack of success Tebow has had early in games. Philip Rivers, Vincent Jackson and Ryan Mathews could certainly have a rebound game, but ... Tim Tebow.
