Jets Vs. Broncos Score Update: Matt Prater 37-Yard FG Puts Denver In 3-0 Lead

After failing short on their first drive, the Denver Broncos didn't need to wait long to get the ball back. Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil sacked Mark Sanchez on third down, increasing Miller's sack total to 8-1/2. Then New York Jets punter T.J. Conley messed up his punt and the Broncos had the ball on the Jets' 34-yard line.

A second Broncos drive stalled after that, but head coach John Fox did attempt some trickery with a direct snap to Jeremiah Johnson. It didn't pick up any yards and left the Broncos to kick a field goal. Matt Prater connected on the 37-yard attempt.

Tim Tebow is 3-of-4 for 43 yards.
