VIDEO: Tim Tebow Hail Mary Pass Fail

Tim Tebow almost led the Denver Broncos to a comeback against the San Diego Chargers, but the team ultimately fell, 29-24. Tebow hit Knowshon Moreno on a 28-yard touchdown pass and also had a couple of exciting runs. On the last drive of the game, Tebow hit Brandon Lloyd for a 20-yard gain (after a review overturning the original incompletion call) and then found Daniel Fells for another big gain, 31 yards this time. Tebow spiked the ball with one second left on the clock.

Tebow then followed that up with one final Hail Mary pass. Video of all the awkwardness after the jump.

Tebow drops back, makes a spin move even though there's no immediate pressure on him and then starts to scramble to the sideline on his right. After running a few yards, he rifles one into the end zone, intended for Matthew Willis. However, it hits the ground and the Chargers have the 29-24 victory.

Tebow wasn't at his best in the game, but he sure provided a spark that Kyle Orton hasn't.
