Denver Broncos Injury Report: Willis McGahee Doesn't Practice; Marcus Thomas Added

The Denver Broncos saw two new additions to the injury report on Thursday. Defensive tackle Marcus Thomas had limited participation in practice due to a knee injury. More information on the issue has not yet been released, but this is Thomas' third injury of the year. A pectoral injury sidelined him during the preseason and the start of the season. Right before he was ready to return, Thomas suffered groin injury.

Also added to the report was safety Brian Dawkins. He was excused from practice due to illness.

Elvis Dumervil and Willis McGahee didn't practice again, but that was expected. Dumervil will attempt to practice on Friday, but he will more than likely be out for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.

Julius Thomas appears ready to play for the first time since he had a high-ankle sprain in Week 2's victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

Here is the Thursday injury report:

Elvis Dumervil DE  Ankle  DNP  DNP
