The Denver Broncos had all 53 men on the active roster participate on Thursday, the second time that has happened all season long. Only Willis McGahee saw a downgrade from full participation to limited. However, that should not be considered a sign that McGahee has a nagging back issue. According to Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post, McGahee was limited so he could receive rest.
McGahee turns 30 on Oct. 21 and he has shouldered much of the rushing load this season while Knowshon Moreno battled injury and general ineffectiveness.
Brian Dawkins looks more and more likely to play even with a neck injury impacting his play. Tight end Julius Thomas hasn't played since Week 2 when he suffered a high-ankle sprain.
Here is the injury report through Thursday:
Name | Pos. | Injury | Wed. | Thu. |
Brian Dawkins | S | Head/Neck | LP | FP |
Willis McGahee | RB | Back | FP | LP |
Eddie Royal | WR | Groin | FP | FP |
Julius Thomas | TE | Ankle | LP | LP |
Demaryius Thomas | WR | Finger | FP | FP |
