Week 4 Fantasy Football Injury Report: James Starks Goes For Packers With Ryan Grant Out, Knowshon Moreno Returns For Broncos

It's Sunday and time to make those last minute roster changes to lead your team to victory. Injuries, of course, always factor into a game. Let's break down how the major injuries affect Sunday's Broncos vs. Packers game.

Running back: The Packers' Ryan Grant is out for the game with a bruised kidney, so he should SIT. However, his replacement, James Starks, is a START.

As for the Broncos, Knowshon Moreno is probable for this game and should receive carries when Willis McGahee needs to leave the game. For this week Moreno is a SIT while McGahee is a START since he will likely still receive the goal line carries.

Wide receiver: Brandon Lloyd returned from a groin injury last week, but had just 48 yards. That wasn't due to injury, but rather the offense John Fox runs. He and offensive coordinator Mike McCoy want to get him more involved and the Packers' secondary is leaky. START Lloyd
