NFL Power Rankings, Week 7: Denver Broncos Tied For 26th In Composite Ratings

The Denver Broncos come in at No. 26 in this week's composite NFL power rankings by Real Clear Sports. They are tied with the Arizona Cardinals, also a 1-4 team. They both average out to 26.75, but the Broncos are helped largely by the Sagarin rating of No. 23. The Cardinals' high is just No. 24, but they also have a ranking one spot lower.

But, just like most of the power rankings that comprise this, the Broncos are only better than the Minnesota Vikings and the Jacksonville Jaguars (both 1-5) and the winless Miami Dolphins, Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Rams. The Broncos could join the bottom three this weekend if the Dolphins pull off the victory at home. It certainly can happen, but don't rule out Tim Tebow pulling off a nice upset victory on the road and in front of fans who are there to celebrate his 2009 national championship victory with the Florida Gators.
