The Denver Broncos and the Miami Dolphins face off on Sunday in a contest between two of the league's worst teams. The Broncos enter the game at 1-4 and have second-year quarterback Tim Tebow starting just the fourth game of his career (the previous three came in 2010). The Broncos traded their top receiver on Monday, Brandon Lloyd, giving Tebow one less option to look for on the field. However, Tebow will likely have Demaryius Thomas and Eddie Royal back.
Still, that doesn't make the Broncos the favorites in this game. The 0-5 Dolphins started as three-point favorites, according to Odds Shark, but that line has shifted to being a push on at least one line and two points on another. The Dolphins are also without their starting quarterback, Chad Henne, who was lost for the season to a shoulder injury. Matt Moore has replaced him, but the Dolphins could have avoided all of this by trading for the now-benched Kyle Orton of the Broncos.
The over/under on this game is 41-1/2 points. It could go over that, but I believe one needs to have faith in Tim Tebow to do something spectacular.
