2011 NFL Draft Prospects: Early Entry List Includes Da'Quan Bowers, Nick Fairley And Patrick Peterson

The NFL released its official list of underclassmen who declared for the 2011 draft on Wednesday. A total of 56 players renounced their remaining college eligibility. In 2002, the NFL allowed special eligibility to 38 college players, but this year's amount is the most over the last decade.

As we already know, several of these underclassmen will be under consideration for the Denver Broncos No. 2 pick: DE Da'Quan Bowers, DE Marcell Dareus, DL Nick Fairley and CB Patrick Peterson are all in contention for the selection.

The NFL will hold the first round on Thursday, April 28 in Radio City Music Hall. Rounds 2-3 will follow on Friday and Rounds 4-7 will conclude the draft on Saturday.
