Broncos Vs. Raiders Weather Report: Rain Is In The Forecast

Football fans should be ready for some wet and wild play in Oakland today between the Broncos and the Raiders. Weather.com reports that Oakland will be visited by heavy rains during the afternoon. There is currently a peak chance of 80 percent for rain around game time (2:15 p.m. MT) and it has little chance of letting during the four quarters of play. Expect no uniform to be left clean.

This game is shaping up to be a game won on the ground. The Broncos plan to start quarterback Tim Tebow, who has thrown just one career pass (and it was for a touchdown). Running backs Knowshon Moreno and Darren McFadden could carry the load for their respective offenses with all the expected rain.

The entire west coast is expected to receive rain, but that will only impact one other game: the Falcons vs. Seahawks. All other games are played farther east.

Time for some smash-mouth football!
