Two weeks in between games is far too long to wait for the Denver Broncos to take the field, even when the team plays abysmally over an extended period of time. It's put up or shut up time for the Broncos. After back-to-back losses to the Oakland Raiders at home and the San Francisco 49ers in London, England, the team went on a bye and has prepared itself for the second half of the season.
↵Or so we would like to think. Can the defense stop the run? Will Knowshon Moreno receive enough carries to actually find his rhythm? Have the players figured out how to overcome their mental mistakes? We'll find out soon enough.
Prediction: Broncos 28, Chiefs 20
The Denver Broncos will need to strike early, a problem they have struggled with this entire season. While they will be unable to stop Jamaal Charles from running up and down the the field, the Broncos will be able to stop Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones from getting into the end zone. Kyle Orton will throw for over 300 yards and two touchdowns, but we'll also get to see Tim Tebow throw his first career pass.
