Tim Tebow, Barack Obama and Jesus Christ all have something in common. Know what it is? They've all had lawsuits brought against them by a Florida man. The man, John Gilliand, reportedly badmouthed Tim Tebow at a gas station near the University of Florida and this has supposedly resulted in harassment by Broncos/Tebow fans. Well, I still don't understand why a restraining order was filed against Tebow. The quarterback can't control what his fans do. He's neither omnipotent nor omnipresent.
↵Anyway, what do President Barack Obama and Jesus Christ have in common with Tebow? Gilliand has taken both of them to court as well:
↵↵↵Gilliand has also brought lawsuits against Jesus Christ and President Obama, saying they have all flashed gang signs at him.
↵
Is the peace sign a gang sign theses days? I'm pretty sure all three of them would only be giving that out. I wish I could seen the judge who was presiding over these petitions.
↵As it turns out, all three requests have been denied, but Gilliand is still petitioning to have the decision on Tebow and Obama overturned.
