St. Bonaventure vs. Colorado State results: Rams remain undefeated at home, 85-64

The Colorado State Rams remained undefeated at home with an 85-64 victory against the St. Bonaventure Bonnies on Saturday to improve to 13-2 overall.

Colorado State wasted no time building a big lead, taking a 19-2 lead within the first seven minutes of the first half. The Bonnies were never able to cut the lead to single digits and trailed by as many as 27 in the game.

Leading the way for the Rams was Colton Iverson with a double-double, recording 14 points and 12 rebounds, along with three assists, a steal and two blocks. The combination of Wes Elkmeier and Dorian Green tallied 40 points for CSU as well.

The victory was a seventh consecutive win for the Rams who will begin their conference schedule on Saturday, Jan. 12 against the No. 19 San Diego State Aztecs. Colorado State finished fourth in the 2011-12 Mountain West Conference standings behind New Mexico, SDSU and UNLV.
