Yahoo's Jeff Eisenberg Likes Colorado State's Tournament Chances, But Says They 'Still Have Work To Do'

The Colorado State Rams haven't made the NCAA Tournament since 2003, but last night's 16-point second half comeback to upset No. 17 UNLV has the Rams in prime position to return to March Madness.

Yahoo's Jeff Eisenberg looked at Wednesday night's biggest winners among the bubble teams, and he has the Rams No. 2, only behind South Florida (who upset Louisville). Eisenberg likes CSU's chances, but concludes the Rams "still have work to do".

The Rams have a strong RPI, an 18-10 record and three wins in six tries against San Diego State, New Mexico and UNLV -- the three teams ahead of them in the Mountain West standings. Others are ready to declare that Colorado State has punched its ticket, but here's why I still think the Rams still have work to do: They are 2-9 in true road games and their best win away from home came against UTEP.
