NCAA Basketball Rankings: Denver Pioneers 1st Team Out Of Mid-Major Top 25 Poll

The Denver Pioneers have dropped out of the latest Mid-Major Top 25 Poll. After falling to No. 25 last week following an overtime loss at the buzzer to the North Texas Mean Green, the Pioneers defeated Arkansas State on Thursday before losing to Arkansas-Little Rock on Saturday. It wasn't close, as they lost, 64-57. The Pioneers are No. 26 with 56 points.

At 16-6 overall, the Pioneers still have the second best overall record in the Sun Belt. However, they are 6-3 in conference play, putting them in a tie for second place in the West division with North Texas and Louisiana-Lafayette.

Murray State received all 31 first place votes to remain atop the rankings with a 21-0 record.
