The Boise St. Broncos are going to have a draft class in 2012 that could include more than five players. This weekend, defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford and wide receiver Tyler Shoemaker are out to improve their draft stock by playing in the East-West Shrine Game at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla. Crawford has stood out as a player on the rise. As SI.com's Tony Pauline writes about Crawford:
Scouts have been waiting for Crawford to break out all season, and it looks like he picked the Shrine Game to impress them. He's an athletic player who flashes a lot of explosion and strength. Crawford impressed with his inside moves today and ability to rush the passer.
The National Football Post's Wes Bunting has also praised Crawford for being able to use his speed and over power opposing offensive linemen.
Crawford picked up 6.5 sacks and 13.5 tackles for a loss in 2011. He could be working his way up to an early Day 3 selection.
