Colorado St. Vs. Wyoming Score Update: Rams Trail 14-6

In the season-finale for Colorado St., the Rams have done an excellent job hanging around in the opening half, as they trail Wyoming, 14-6.

With star RB Chris Nwoke suffering an ankle injury, the Rams have struggled to move the football throughout the game. Senior RB Raymond Carter has rushed for 33 yards, while Garrett Grayson has added 79 yards on the ground. Grayson has also been effective through the air, completing 8/14 for 93 yards. However, Grayson through a costly interception in the end zone at the end of the half that prevented the Rams from narrowing the deficit.

Despite allowing nearly 300 yards of total offense in the first half, the Colorado St. defense has done an excellent job keeping the score close. With Wyoming driving down the field to potentially extend the lead late in the first half, the Rams forced a fumble from QB Brett Smith, which the defense recovered to prevent any points being added to the scoreboard. Smith has been excellent aside from the fumble, throwing for 130 yards and a TD in the opening half.
