Rockies Vs. Braves: Jordan Pacheco Breaks Up Mike Minor's No-Hit Bid

Colorado Rockies first baseman Jordan Pacheco ruined Atlanta Braves pitcher Mike Minor's bid for a no-hitter on Wednesday, as Pacheco singled in the top of the seventh inning for the Rockies' first hit.

Minor allowed three walks through the first six innings, but the Rockies weren't able to get a hit off of him until Pacheco's line drive to left field to lead off the seventh. Minor struck out Ramon Hernandez, Chris Nelson and DJ LeMahieu to end the inning, with a walk to Andrew Brown sandwiched in between the latter two.

There's something about the Rockies and no-hitters in Atlanta, as Ubaldo Jimenez threw the club's only no-no to date at Turner Field in April of 2010.

The Rockies currently trail the Braves, 1-0, as the game enters the bottom of the seventh.
