The Rockies are taking on the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado's Drew Pomeranz says he is looking to avoid dropping his 10th decision of the season. Currently, Pomeranz is 1-9 with a 5.06 ERA and has on a 12-game winless streak. In the other dugout, the Diamondbacks are starting Wade Miley who is the complete opposite of Pomeranz with a record of 15-10 this year.
The Rockies made a handfull of lineup changes for Friday night's game. Dexter Fowler is taking the leadoff spot and will be playing centerfield, Wilin Rosario is back at catcher after playing first base on Thursday night, and Matt McBride is in the lineup playing right field and batting seventh.
