The Colorado Rockies used its 12th round draft pick in the 2012 MLB Draft on first baseman Correlle Prime. He is a 6-foot-6, 200-pound from Manatee High School in Florida. He was also the his high school team's ace pitcher.
As we get into the later rounds, these players do not count toward the bonus money each team had allotted. that only applied to the 10th round. However, team's can still incur penalties if they go over a certain amount of money.
