Generally speaking, other teams don't view Rockies as a team with a lot of assets they will be willing to trade -- unlike Chicago Cubs.

Betancourt has a 3.28 ERA and 10 saves in 24-2/3 innings pitched this season. He's struck out 24 and walked seven. Belisle has a 2.19 ERA in 32 innings.
