2012 MLB Mock Draft: Keith Law Sees David Dahl For Rockies

If you believe most mock drafts as the 2012 MLB Draft approaches, the Colorado Rockies are likely targeting a projectable high school outfielder with their first pick. Aside from Miami-based outfielder Albert Amora, the Rockies should have their pick of the litter, including Birmingham, Ala. high schooler David Dahl.

Dahl is projected to go to the Rockies in the most recent mock draft from Baseball Prospectus, and ESPN's Keith Law also sees Colorado tabbing him with the No. 10 overall pick in his newest mock draft:

David Dahl, CF, Oak Mountain H.S. (Birmingham, Ala.)
They're hoping [Courtney] Hawkins gets to them, but if he doesn't, look for Dahl or prep shortstop Gavin Cecchini here.
