Baseball America's Jim Callis is reporting that the Colorado Rockies have signed Xavier RHP Seth Willoughby for $330,300; Willoughby was Colorado's fourth round pick in the 2012 MLB Draft.

Willoughby made 25 appearances for Xavier in 2012, all of them as a reliever. He struck out 44 and walked 12 in 35-2/3 innings and picked up 12 saves in the process. He had nine saves in 2011.
By signing, Willoughby has given up his final year of college eligibility.
