Troy Tulowitzki Injury: Rockies SS Leaves Game With Strained Left Groing

Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki left Wednesday night's game against the Houston Astros with a left leg injury following the sixth inning. He limped to the dugout at the end of the inning and was unable to continue playing.

UPDATE: Tulowitzki left the game with a strained left groin.

Marco Scutaro moved over from second base to shortstop while DJ LeMahieu entered the game as the second baseman.

The Rockies lead the Astros by a score of 12 to 5 in the top of the seventh inning. Carlos Gonzalez hit two home runs; Michael Cuddyer had a grand slam; and Dexter Fowler blasted a three-run shot. Christian Friedrich squandered a 5-1 lead at one point, but he was able to rebound and watch his team battle back for the lead.
