Mariners Vs. Rockies Score Update: Colorado Falls 10-3

For the second consecutive game, the Colorado Rockies delivered a listless performance in front of their home crowd. After getting shutout 5-0 in the opening game of their series against the Seattle Mariners, the Rockies again failed to deliver offensively and fell 10-3.

In the first home start of his career, Christian Friedrich really struggled. Friedrich allowed nine hits and eight earned runs in just five innings. Friedrich also had issues with his control, as he walked four batters. At the plate, the Rockies struggled, scoring only three runs on five hits. Wilin Rosario drove in two runs on a home run in the sixth inning.

Jason Vargas was impressive on the mound for Seattle, pitching seven solid innings and improving his record to 5-3. Kyle Seager had three hits and drove in three runs in the win.
