As the Los Angeles Dodgers ready for a weekend series against the Colorado Rockies, they will be without veteran Jerry Hairston, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list Friday with a left hamstring injury.
Dodgers today placed Hairston Jr. on the 15-day DL w/ a left hamstring strain (retroactive to May 7) and recalled IF Sellers from AAA Albq.

In 19 games with Los Angeles this season, the 36-year-old is hitting .315/.403/.463 with four RBI.
Sellers, who is coming up from triple-A Albuquerque, has appeared in 10 games for the Dodgers this season. He's hit .150/.261/.250 in that brief time. He had a .203 batting average in 36 games with the Dodgers in 2011.
