Rockies Vs. Astros Score Update: Rockies Take 4-3 Lead In Eighth

The Colorado Rockies took a 4-3 lead over the Houston Astros in the eighth inning of the teams' opening night game in Houston on an unconventional play involving the speedy Eric Young Jr. After Ramon Hernandez led off the inning with a single, Young Jr. came into pinch run for the Colorado catcher, and he was able to steal second base. Rockies skipper Jim Tracy is likely to opt for Matt Belisle in the bottom of the eighth before handing the game, assuming the Rockies are still leading heading into the ninth, over to new closer Rafael Betancourt.
